• During your thesis you will summarize the current state of science on IT systems provisioning in large enterprises.

• Furthermore you will assist the abstraction and modelling of an IT delivery organization and its value creation.

• You will create scenarios due to the impact of AI with focus on (software) engineering IT.

• The Assessment and validation falls within your area of responsibility.

• Lastly you will make conclusions as well as recommendations for future setups.

• Education: studies in the field of in computer science, engineering, business or comparable

• Experience and Knowledge: deep knowledge of AI tools like Gemini Enterprise, ChatGPT and MS Copilot; experience in data science, engineering and digital transformation

• Personality and Working Practice: you are a self-motivated and structured person with an autonomous working style

• Work Routine: office attendance required

• Languages: business fluent in English

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months
