Analysis of loss contributors
Ensure operators are working according to standards (Work instruction, Handling instruction, etc.)
On job training for new associates and enhancement of operators multi skilling.
Conducting shift level communication with associates Safety, quality and Production topics.
Conduct regular audits - layer process confirmation.
Implementation and adherence to the quality Standard Problems solving through systematic approach - 5 Why, PSS Responsible for Continuous improvements.
Inventory control & Accuracy maintenance Execution of BPS standards
Failure analysis and CAPA System CIP Projects. Internal complaints handling5S Audit LPC
System CIP Projects.
Internal complaints handling
Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical. with 3 to 4 years of experience in production manufacturing
Technical :
Production operation, Kanban / Levelling / Pull system
SAP basics
People handling
Behavioral :
Good communincation-writing and verbal
Co-ordination skill
Leading self/ Leading Others
Empathizes with colleagues and customers to truly understand their needs.
