
Project Manager (f/m/div.)
About the role
Your contribution to something big:
As a Special Machine Builder Project Manager, you will be the strategic link between internal teams, suppliers, and equipment development projects. You will ensure that every phase, from planning to delivery, is executed with excellence, directly influencing the success of our industrialization projects.
- Manage relationships and ensure effective communication with internal equipment customers;
- Prepare quotations and plan the implementation of new equipment and automation projects;
- Follow up on project planning, ensuring tasks, resources, and timelines are aligned;
- Participate in technical discussions about equipment, materials, and solutions with suppliers and internal stakeholders;
- Lead supplier sourcing and negotiation processes, ensuring strong and strategic partnerships;
- Monitor and ensure achievement of project targets: time, cost, and quality;
- Follow up on material orders to guarantee timely availability for project execution;
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency, and quality improvement;
- Ensure project delivery according to global schedules while maintaining high performance standards.
What distinguishes you: Education
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience in planning and organizing complex technical projects.
- Experience coordinating team activities and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in industrial environments or equipment development is an advantage.
Know‑how
- Strong understanding of project execution, task monitoring, and performance indicators.
- Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and strategic partnership management.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process, cost, and quality improvement.
- Knowledge of material management and order tracking.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and industrial equipment development.
