About the role

Key- contact for workshops in assigned territory.

Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.

Ensure ongoing support and maintenance for Bosch Workshop Partner.

Follow-up on Bosch parts pull, workshop equipment and diagnostics usage in territory.

Win workshops for the e Xtra loyalty program.

Promote/sell workshop Services e.g. Training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC) and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).

Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and sell (where possible)

Promote available Bosch campaigns (parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts and services

Generate leads for Bosch Car Service, validate these and handover to BCS Concept Consultant.

Follow-up on basic value proposition services with Bosch Car Service workshops
Job Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.

Technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.

Experience with workshop business models is a plus.

Fluent in local language; English is an advantage.

Valid driver's license; willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
