  • As Product Owner (m/f/div.) you will be responsible for the comprehensive strategic and functional design of our CODESYS-based development environment.

  • You will precisely analyse the complex workflows of our customers in the field of mobile machinery and derive detailed requirements for the adaptation and optimisation of the programming tool.

  • In doing so, you will always take into account our specific control unit architecture and existing software libraries to ensure seamless integration.

  • You will manage the engineering team by prioritising work packages in the backlog and, as the technical contact person, ensure the quality of implementation.

  • Your goal is to create a development environment that is both efficient and user-friendly and optimally meets the needs of our customers.

  • Education: degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation technology; alternatively, further training as a technician with many years of relevant professional experience; or a comparable qualification

  • Experience and know-how: experience in the role of product owner or sub-project manager in an agile environment; knowledge of the architecture of embedded controllers and their runtime systems; Experience in managing service providers via work packages and acceptance criteria, in-depth practical experience in application development with IEC 61131-3 and in particular with CODESYS, experience with the working methods and problems of PLC programmers in an industrial environment

  • Personality and working style: strong conceptual skills and a clear customer focus; Ability to combine in-depth technical knowledge with strategic vision and entrepreneurial thinking; an assertive, independent and structured approach to work; acting as a coordinator and motivator who builds bridges between internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Language: very good German and English
