Job Summary:

Manufacturing process planning, implementation and improvements, fuel cell products & production release and quick ramp up.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning manufacturing processes and investment for machines and tools based on product release and production plan

• Responsible for pre- / final acceptance release and ramp up support of new machine and equipment

• Implementation of quality tools (FMEA, CP, Poka yoke, PSS…) according to Bosch standard procedures

• Implementation of lean production system in production area

• Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, PSS…)

• Lead and responsible for trouble shooting and problem solving process for technical/quality problems.

• Ensure all supports available to production line to meet the production output target.

• Coordinate/responsible for the projects regarding production stability, cost reduction, quality improvements, output increase and customer satisfaction

• Following all plant health and safety regulations and procedures

• Digital solutions and data analysis for process and quality improvements

• Work together with supporting departments to prepare the spare parts, tools, change-over parts , machines to fulfill production requirements

• Prepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit

• Bachelor or master degree in mechanical or material engineering or related majors

• Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point

• Good English and/or German communication skill

• 3 years working experience in planning or manufacturing for series production

• Familiar with manufacturing process, such as milling, assembly, testing and etc.
