• Master’s or PhD degree from a well-known domestic or international university in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, or related fields, with more than 3 years of work experience.

• Strong programming skills, familiar with C++ and Python, and proficient in frameworks like Py Torch or Tensor Flow; familiar with common data structures.

• Solid foundation in AI theory, with rich research or engineering experience in at least two of the following technical areas: CNN, RNN/GRU/LSTM, Transformer, GNN, Diffusion, Imitative Learning, Reinforcement Learning, etc.

• Passionate about the autonomous driving industry, with good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
