Lead the Future of Intelligent Workflow Platforms

We are looking for a Senior IT Product & Service Manager who combines strong product leadership, technical expertise, operational excellence, and strategic execution mindset to drive platform transformation, modernization, and long-term product success. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions with high reliability, usability, and business impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for enterprise workflow platforms

  • Lead prioritization and investment decisions balancing business value, scalability, risk, and operational efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and AI-native product transformation initiatives

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and enterprise workflow best practices

  • Platform Modernization & Product Delivery

  • Lead migration and modernization initiatives from legacy platforms to next-generation workflow solutions

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable enterprise capabilities

  • Ensure high-quality product delivery through Agile product management and execution practices

  • Drive operational excellence, standardization, and platform optimization

  • Service Management & Operational Governance

  • Ensure service reliability, platform performance, SLA alignment, and operational stability

  • Implement data-driven monitoring, analytics, and KPI tracking to support decision-making

  • Support governance, security, compliance, and risk management activities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and change management

  • Technical & Stakeholder Management

  • Translate business needs into clear and scalable technical and product requirements

  • Provide leadership on software architecture, cloud technologies, workflow platforms, and AI-driven capabilities

  • Manage communication, alignment, and engagement across global business and technology stakeholders

  • Collaborate with strategic vendors and technology partners to ensure long-term product and service quality

  • Agile Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Promote Agile mindset, collaboration, and iterative product delivery practices

  • Empower cross-functional teams to deliver value, improve continuously, and operate effectively

  • Mentor teams and contribute to product management and operational best practices

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in c omputer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on complex systems and large-scale IT solutions.
  • Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making tools.
  • Experience in vendor management and working with global teams.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications in business settings.

Nice-to-have:

  • Deep understanding of automation principles and ability to design efficient, automated workflows.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in no-code/low-code platforms, cloud computing.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and creative problem-solving approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
