As part of an internal Bosch initiative, you will contribute to the transition from legacy communication technologies to modern 4G solutions across critical systems.
In this role, you will support the upgrade and replacement of transmission units linked to hazard warning systems, ensuring a smooth, secure, and compliant transition for customers.
You will join a dynamic and international team working at the forefront of this transformation, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer interactions and service requests
- Supporting commercial and sales-related activities
- Monitoring project progress and escalating issues when needed
- Coordinating and supporting technical interventions in buildings
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Technical Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or telecom-related roles
- Basic understanding of telecommunications networks
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools
- Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and installation guidelines
- Comfortable working with monitoring tools and reporting systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
