Future Business Development

Develop and execute an aggressive sales strategy to pioneer the future mobility market, driving the adoption of our innovative Electrified Motion (EM) product portfolio, including E-Axles, E-Motors, and integrated charger-converters.

Strategic Customer Partnership

Forge deep, trust-based partnerships with key decision-makers and engineers within Hyundai's R&D, purchasing, and other departments, collaborating as a core technical partner to co-develop the next generation of electric vehicles.

Technical & Commercial Leadership

Serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison for our groundbreaking EV solutions, leading the entire business process from technical presentations to quotation and final contract negotiations.

Voice of the Market & Customer
Act as the voice of the future internally. Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitor insights into actionable intelligence that guides our global R&D and product strategy, keeping Bosch at the cutting edge of the EV industry.
- Core Competency: A genuine passion for the electric vehicle industry and a relentless drive to win new business in a highly competitive market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant area of education.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 3 years of technical sales or business development experience targeting Hyundai Motor Group or other major automotive OEMs.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing powertrain-related projects with automotive OEMs.
- Commercial Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in quotation, contract negotiation, and leading technical/price negotiations.
- Global Experience: At least 3 years of experience working effectively within a multinational, matrix-based organization.
- Language: Full professional fluency in both written and spoken Korean & English is mandatory.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring a team is preferable
