IT Support Internship

• Preparation and installation of computers for employees in accordance with internal IT procedures

• Creation and maintenance of documentation related to the handover and return of IT equipment

• Execution of standardized data erasure processes for devices being decommissioned

• Maintaining records of completed data deletion procedures in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies

• Supporting the team in the execution of daily operational IT activities

• Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant technical field

• Good understanding of computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting is considered an advantage

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a responsible approach to handling IT equipment and documentation

• Eagerness to learn, develop technical skills, and work collaboratively within a team environment
