2. New Parts or New supplier launch managerment

New Supplier development and Management:

1. Leading technical review meeting and price negotiation for new product development with supplier to meet target cost

2. Project management and track the project till 1 year after SOP

3. RPP and MPP project ，ECR handling

4. SAP Data setting and maintenance

5. RFQ,Validation and comparison for new parts based on panel+biders list

6. Identify material/parts/techniques with localization possibility

7. Coordination of SE work with suppliers, implementation of concept competitions

8. Supplier scouting and selection with PUQ, process acceptance supplier

9. Initiator pre-sourcing meeting for supplier pre-selection Inquiries new part

10. Determine Q requirements (regarding tolerance, process capability, machine capacity, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc) in technical talks with suppliers

11. Identify material/parts/techniques with related department and project-related change management

12. localization projects, management external procurement part projects

13. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and first serial delivery

14. bachelor degree or above

15. Minim 3 years of purchasing experience and 1 years of project management in mechanical or electronic industry.

16. Familiar with ISO9001/TS16949/QS9000 quality management system and tools.

17. Rich Experience on supplier development.

18. Good communication skill & interpersonal skill

19. Good experience at project management

20. Familiar with mechanical, electrical components manufacturing process and quality management sense

21. Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent, team work player.

22. Willingness to frequent travel
