Perform product and program management with definition of priorities, P&L, meeting market/ customer requirements.
Create market introduction strategies by creating and providing sales and markting concepts and kits.
Continously survey and analyse the markets and competition to derive product strategies.
Develop concepts for new products, evaluate technical and economical feasibility, coordinate with interface departments and prepare decisions.
Coordinate the realisation.
Ensure a competitive market coverage, TOP vehicle coverage and time to market.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics (985/211 school required)
- 3-5 years of automotive industry experience in Japan, Korea, ASEAN, or Oceania markets
- Demonstrated knowledge of the automotive braking industry, including market dynamics, manufacturers, and product offerings
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills with ability to develop compelling sales pitches
- Proficiency with ERP systems and digital tools
- Fluent English: Mandarin language skills preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of product functionality, differentiation, features, and commercial/technical benefits
- Solid knowledge of product costing, pricing, and commercial/financial processes
- Proven capability in competitor analysis and market trend assessment
