
[R&D] Technical Project Lead (Product Development)
About the role
-
Manage and develop requirements of product/component with internal, external customers & stakeholders.

Derive technical solutions out of requirements using existing product/component portfolio & initiate development of new variants if needed.

Coordinate/lead team to develop solution utilizes design tools and development methodologies such as LHPH, FMA, FMEA, DRBFM, 8D…
-
Technical interface to Design, Simulation, Testing, Customer, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management & Controlling
-
Represent engineering work towards steering committee as well as internal & external customers.

Create, monitor& and fulfill development & validation plan according to project/topic timeline.
-
Analyze the validation report and perform data analysis for product/component release.
-
Maintain the state-of-the-art product design (drawing, test specification, order specification…) & product quality according to the functions & requirements of product.

Support production, purchasing departments regarding engineering issues (e.g., Risk assessment, problem solving, engineering change request…)
-
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar subjects
-
Experience in the field of automotive components & systems is preferable.

Experience with project/engineering change process in the automotive environment

Knowledge of product development process and methods such us LHPH, FAM, DRBFM, FMEA, 8D…

Independent, well-structured, & goal-oriented way of working.
