About the role
-
Achieve assigned order and revenue target by selling software solutions and consulting services to external customer.

Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targets with pipeline, rolling forecast.

Close teamwork with related sales force in other divisions by leveraging existing customer resource from other divisions.

Utilize value-added and customer centric mindset to customize software solution and service portfolio to meet customer's diverse needs.
-
Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with customers/prospects, setup and maintain annual key sales plan with concrete SWOT analysis, win strategy, etc.

Drive and manage the entire sales cycle - from qualifying the potential prospect and building a competitive value proposition to negotiate through close.

Investigate and understand the internal business processes related to entire sales cycle.

Build up high-level executive/SVP relationship and long-term partnership.

master's degree or equivalent experience
-
3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing or automotive industry

Experience in software domain will be preferred

Strong team-work spirit and diverse resource leveraging capability

Working experience of cross department (sales/purchasing) in global account.
