Manufacturing_工艺工程师 Sr. Planning Engineer_QinP at Bosch

• Planning manufacturing processes and investment for MAE(machine and equipment) based on VPA and production plan
• Requisition orders for purchasing or service
• Responsible for pre- / final acceptance and ramp up support of new machine and equipment
• Setup quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions…) according to RBCD policy, regulations and procedures
• Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation starting planning phase
• Implementing quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, support QAM…)
• Prepare and get the MAE, process and type release from releasing departments /plants
• Lead and responsible for the problem solving process
• Evaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools and necessary materials to meet the production plan
• Coordinate/responsible for the projects regarding cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction
• Implement action to prevent occurrence of nonconformities relating to product and process through appropriate quality tools
• Work closely with different levels and functions to identify needs and introduce i4.0 projects
• Following all plant HSE regulations and procedures
• Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
• Defining wear off parts, consumables and gages (FHMI, HIBE and FHPM) and ensure the availability together with purchasing department
• Prepare all planning issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit
• Additional tasks from section manager
• University degree (Bachelor or master) in Engineering or related major
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in planning or manufacturing position for high volume production
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point
• Understanding of i4.0 and smart manufacturing technology and vision, familiar with digital tools, e.g. Power BI etc.
• Good English and/or German communication skill
