About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & People Development: Scale and lead the Key User team, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive team performance through coaching in sales excellence, acquisition, and strategic account management. Enable the team with sufficient user knowledge and technical expertise to serve key users effectively.

  • Strategic Channel Management: Assume full responsibility for turnover, profit, and market share for the Bosch Power Tools portfolio within the direct-to-user channel. Develop and implement the local D2U channel strategy aligned with regional and country objectives.

  • Business Development & Key Account Steering: Generate profitable market share gains by identifying, acquiring, and developing a portfolio of large professional companies. Oversee the management of large national and public tenders from acquisition to fulfillment.

  • Pipeline & Performance Management: Champion the structured use of CRM for pipeline management and performance tracking across the team to ensure optimized resource allocation.

  • P&L & Budget Responsibility: Hold full turnover, profit, and budget responsibility for all direct-to-user channel activities within Egypt.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively in a matrix environment, aligning with country leadership, marketing, product, service, and other sales channel heads to drive channel success.

Experience:

  • 6-9 years of relevant professional experience, including several years in B2B technical sales or direct selling
  • Proven leadership experience building and developing successful sales teams
  • Essential experience in B2B sector with strong user and industry knowledge (e.g., construction, manufacturing, industrial assembly)
  • Experience with lead acquisition, resource optimization, and strategic account management

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in (Technical) Sales, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Skills:

Essential:

  • Native Arabic and professional fluency in English
  • Expertise in B2B sales methodologies, lead acquisition, and value-based selling
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution and implementation

Proficient:

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills

  • Strategic development, business planning, and P&L understanding

  • Deep industry and application knowledge; Bosch PT operational experience and product knowledge are highly desirable
