Your tasks:

• Execute environmental and lifetime testing of SiC power semiconductor modules for hybrid and electric vehicles according to international standards (e.g., AQG324)

• Implement and refine newly developed test methods for power electronics in a subfield of e-Mobility

• Collaborate with other developers to create specific lifetime models for components

• Perform hands-on tasks in the laboratory, including conducting electrical tests, maintaining, and troubleshooting test equipment

• Coordinate sample creation and physical analysis activities

• Interpret test results and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders

• Proactively address unexpected results, working independently or in a team to resolve issues

**►**B.Sc. / M.Sc in Electrical Engineering (adv. high voltage education)

• Proficiency in a laboratory environments with experience in measurement techniques

• Basic knowledge in the field of power semiconductors, inverter units

• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure

• Fluent in English

• Basic knowledge of LabVIEW and/or Matlab programming

• Experience with environmental testing
