  • Define and govern the power electronics system architecture for all HV power electronics (Inverter, On-Board Charger, DC/DC), acting as the primary technical authority for our engineering hub.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and drive the product roadmap by evaluating and selecting core topologies, next-generation technologies (SiC/GaN) and key components.
  • Serve as the strategic technical link between customers, our joint venture partner and the international development network to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Provide expert technical counsel to the Business Unit Lead, shaping product strategy.
  • Lead architectural reviews and feasibility studies, translating market needs into robust, scalable and cost-effective designs.
  • Mentor local engineering teams to foster a culture of technical excellence, quality and innovation.

Education:

Master's in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power electronics. PhD is a plus.

Experience:

Several years of professional experience in developing automotive Inverter and/or On-Board Chargers and/or DC/DC showing a proven track record of overall product ownership.

Technical Knowledge:

Deep expertise in power electronics topology analysis, key component design, simulation and holistic optimization with a strong understanding of the interplay between HW, SW and mechanical integration.

Languages:

Mandatory fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English. German is a plus.

Mindset:

A pragmatic and goal-oriented leader with the ability to structure and resolve complex technical challenges in a global, cross-functional environment.
