1.测试策略制定: 主导或管理智能驾驶车辆测试项目,负责制定详尽的测试计划、测试策略和验收标准,确保测试工作高效、全面覆盖量产需求。

2.实车测试执行: 亲自参与并指导团队在苏州测试场及开放道路进行ADAS/AD功能的实车测试,包括但不限于ACC、LKA、NOA、自动泊车等功能的功能、性能及边界测试。

3.问题发现与解决: 准确识别、记录和跟踪测试中发现的问题与缺陷,运用深厚的技术知识和经验进行初步分析与定位,并强力推动研发、算法等团队协同解决,形成闭环。

4.流程与方法优化: 基于对测试理论和方法的深刻理解,持续优化测试流程、方法和工具链,提升测试团队的效率与专业能力。

5.量产交付支持: 对量产项目的测试内容、性能释放标准和交付节点有独到见解,能确保测试工作严格符合量产要求,为项目成功量产保驾护航。

6.跨部门沟通协调: 作为测试环节的关键接口,与产品、研发、质量等多个部门进行高效沟通与协调,确保信息流畅,项目进度顺利推进。

  1. 本科或以上学历,车辆工程或计算机类相关工作经验;

  2. 具备智驾车辆测试经验5年或以上;

  3. 有过主导或者管理车辆测试的项目经历,对于测试理论,测试方法和测试团队的管理有丰富的成功经验;

  4. 主导过量中高阶产项目车辆测试,对于ADAS功能有深刻理解,量产测试内容和性能释放要求有自己独特见解和认知;

  5. 具备较强的协调沟通和问题推进解决能力;

  6. 拥有C照,具备熟练的车辆测试技能。
