An experienced CS/PM Functional Architect with strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM), capable of working independently and leading solution design initiatives. The role involves owning the end-to-end design, implementation, and support of service and maintenance processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. The candidate is expected to drive architecture decisions, engage with stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

• Utilize best practices and methodologies to consult and enhance functionality in SAP Plant Maintenance

• Implement project solutions in SAP PM/CS and support for Application managed support

• Document business processes and their system support for SAP S/4 HANA;

• Support the life cycle of implementation and roll-out projects (training, implementation, testing, training, go-live support) and you actively conduct customer and application support in the after-going-live phase;

• Consult our customers on the best practice usage of the application SAP PM/CS to fulfill business requirements;

• Implement project changes by parameterize or program development based on change requests which describe the required system behavior;

• To do a quality check before handing it over to the requestor;

• Work intensively with other business consultants, application specialists, and development specialists to transfer the business requirements into processes and functions inside the application

Required skills and Experience

• 12+yrs experience in SAP PM & CS B.Tech or MBA

• High customer focus;

• Exceptional communication style in English - both verbal and written;

• A positive attitude in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
