岗位职责:

1、对接海内外客户,充分沟通、梳理和分析客户需求,设计和编写有竞争力的、可落地的乘用车自动驾驶解决方案;

2、解读客户需求,主导ADAS项目可行性分析,完成技术方案设计、成本估算及风险评估,输出定制化解决方案(技术方案书、原型设计文档等);

3、面向主机厂、Tier1等客户进行技术宣讲、产品演示及POC(概念验证)测试,高效解答客户技术疑问,推动项目落地;

4、将客户需求转化为ADAS系统开发输入(功能定义、性能指标等),带领内部团队撰写《产品需求规范》《系统架构设计文档》;

5、跟踪智能驾驶行业趋势(如L2+/L3技术演进、域控制器架构、传感器融合方案等),收集分析竞品技术路线及客户反馈,提炼差异化优势,并优化方案设计;

6、整合售前阶段的市场趋势,收集市场产品信息,参与相关业务与产品规划,协助进行公司核心产品的优化和迭代。

职位要求:

1、具备智能驾驶产品的深度认知 ,具备与主机厂的交流对接能力;

2、熟悉智驾模块业务,市场竞争态势,产品功能表现及技术特点 ;

3、具备流利的英语产品讲解能力或具备海外主机厂对接经验(获取国内/国际项目经验优先) ;

4、具备工程开发/产品经理/智驾项目经理背景的优先 ;

5、具备商务工作背景/售前解决方案背景的优先。

6、5年以上ADAS研发或售前技术支持经验,熟悉车载传感器(摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达)及域控制器相关算法和指标;

7、负责过至少1个完整ADAS量产项目(如L2++级功能开发),熟悉ASPICE、ISO 26262等车规标准者优先;

8、出色的客户沟通能力,能将复杂技术语言转化为客户可理解的商业价值;

9、逻辑严谨,具备技术方案风险评估及成本控制意识;
