About the role
-
Welcoming and instructing clients and visitors to the right department and meeting room.

Answering the incoming calls. Updating telephone list.

Instructing employees to fill out necessary forms (Marsh insurance claim, stationery, locker, uniform requisition, etc.).
-
5S at Reception counter and inventory.
-
Uniform management (delivery, order, report, scan file, stocktaking).
-
Locker management (revoke, deliver, update information...).
-
Tea break order and arrangement.
-
Support mail service (receiving & collecting mails, packages internal & external, sort & send to mailbox).
-
Support to organize events at the plant.
-
Other tasks as assigned.
-
3rd or 4th-year students major in English, Business Administration or related fields.
-
Good English and Vietnamese communication skill.
-
Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
-
Reliable, proactive, patient, and well-organized.
-
Detail-oriented, ability to work with number.
