About the role

Department Information

Join Bosch Global Services as a Travel & Expense Support Officer, where you will provide first-level support to associates worldwide on travel planning, expense claims, and related systems. This role offers exposure to a global working environment and international processes.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to employees on travel bookings, expense claims, and company policies

  • Assist users in troubleshooting travel & expense tools (b Travel, mobile application)

  • Guide employees through travel request and expense submission processes

  • Resolve issues related to travel arrangements and reimbursements within SLA

  • Handle employee inquiries via call center and internal systems

  • Support compliance with company travel & expense policies

  • Contribute to knowledge base and process improvement initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • 1–2 years experience in customer service, call center, or shared services

  • Good command of English (spoken and written) and Japanese (N3 and above)

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Experience with ticketing systems or support tools is a plus

  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment

  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and high-volume requests
