
Service Technician - Industrial Boilers - ANAPEC
About the role
We are seeking a motivated, newly graduated technician to join our ASA HC team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a degree in** thermal engineering** or** industrial electrical engineering** who are eager to gain hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC/thermal and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Support installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair activities for thermal and industrial electrical systems at client sites.

Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and functional tests; identify faults and propose effective corrective actions.

Assist senior technicians and engineers during start-up and performance optimization of equipment and systems.

Prepare, update and maintain accurate technical documentation, service reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts lists using company templates.

Follow and enforce safety procedures and site regulations, report hazards and incident details promptly.

Communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members; provide basic on-site training to client operators when required.

Coordinate logistics for site visits, including travel planning, equipment packing, and customs documentation for international trips.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reporting recurring issues, suggesting efficiency measures and supporting retrofitting projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Thermal Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering with thermal focus, or Industrial Electrical Engineering.

Recent graduates welcome; internships or practical project experience in relevant fields is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.

Basic understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, electrical circuits, instrumentation and control systems.

Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to thermal/electrical installations is advantageous.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Communication skills in French and English.
Working Conditions:
- Field-based role with frequent travel within Morocco and to international client sites.
- ANAPEC placement contract with a duration of 24 months.
