Responsibilities:

• Guides the technical vision and execution of a software project/initiative/technology.-Technical direction, implementation choices, establishment of best practices, and technical standards-Drivecommunities, Engg Efficiency/Innovation-Foresee SW technology change & quick adaption-Technical steering of the team to deliver with KPIs – Quality and delivery-Estimate the complexity of problem & prioritize according to customer relevance-Goal and performance evaluation of the team-Competence development of the team.-Ability to Lead a team of 10 - 12 people Added advantage if the candidate works in Scrum Methodology Additional information Strong communication skills Good knowledge on Crash Physics/Dynamics Experience on Jenkins, CI, CT, ALM-RTCHands on Automotive SW development in C language Domain & Technology Engineering process, methods & tools Leadership, Communication, Networking Exhibit Ownership and be an independent team member Good knowledge in Agile methodologies Basics knowledge of Embedded System Good knowledge in Control Systems Exposure in Model based SW development Expereince in multicore controller and critical computing resource challenges handling
