We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales with extensive experience in the hydraulics and mobile equipment sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical-commercial point of contact for major accounts across the EMEA region. You will operate with high autonomy, managing complex project development, conducting critical market analysis, and resolving high-level technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Customer Management:
Manage and visit key accounts within the Mobile sector in the EMEA region, leading the development of complex new projects as a senior product specialist.
- Strategic Market Analysis:
Independently perform and update structured market analyses to define development strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Product Evangelism:
Drive product awareness through technical presentations and advanced training sessions for both customers and Sales Country Units.
- Commercial Ownership:
Manage the full sales cycle—including quoting, budgeting, and PCR (Price Change Request) negotiations for direct customers—ensuring technical fit and profitability.
- Advanced Technical Support:
Collaborate with Engineering and Service for prototype validation and with Quality for critical Customer Claim Analysis.
- Industry Representation:
Actively participate in international trade fairs and global sales meetings as a senior expert consultant.
- Education:
University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics preferred), Economics or related fields.
- Experience:
5+ years of proven experience in technical-commercial roles within the mobile equipment or hydraulic components industry.
- Skills:
Exceptional synthesis, communication, and negotiation skills; strong organizational autonomy and a results-oriented mindset.
- Languages:
Excellent command of English is mandatory.
- Travel:
Full willingness and ability to travel internationally independently.
- Problem Solving:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions to find the best technical-price balance.
- Organization:
Proven ability to prioritize multiple activities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
