Job Summary:
- Quality Customer Engineer for Bosch Semiconductor Products
- Responsible for customer communication
- Problem solving with RtP1
Job Responsibilities:

Striving for customer satisfaction: customer communication for all quality related topics, improvement of customer satisfaction for assigned customers; handling and tracking of customer claims in SAP, QPIT and related system

Job specific: Focus on SiC claims for ME customers via distributors; close cooperation with Chinese and German quality team, analysis lab and Chinese sales team

university degree in technical subjects, or other university degree + 5years work experience in technical field

several years of experience in quality management or manufacturing or development or project management

experience in quality field; exp. in claim management; exp. in customer communication
