About the role
Roles & Responsibilities: Server Management (Windows/Linux)
- Support resolution of server-related incidents (Windows/Linux) by following defined procedures and meeting SLA requirements
- Assist with routine server monitoring, basic maintenance, and initial troubleshooting of server environments
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors under guidance for hardware or software-related support
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team and learn server management best practices
- Maintain basic documentation of server incidents, actions taken, and vendor communications
Storage Management (SAN/NAS)
· Basic hardware troubleshooting skills, with exposure to SAN cabling and storage hardware issues under guidance
· Assist in coordinating with vendors for storage hardware support, including part replacements and RMA processes
· Ability to identify issues and escalate complex or critical problems to senior engineers or management when required
· Support investigation and resolution of storage-related incidents, and track escalated issues until closure
· Participate in knowledge-sharing activities within the team and learn storage (SAN/NAS) best practices
· Maintain basic documentation of incidents, resolutions, and vendor communications
Educational qualification:
- B.E (IT or Computer Science) or Equivalent.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on server manageme

- Operate effectively within a 24/7 Follow-the-Sun support model, ensuring smooth handovers between shifts across global teams.
