About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to join our IT & Engineering department, which provides cutting-edge technology and engineering solutions to internal Bosch Business Units (GBs). As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing our internal brand, promoting our services, and ensuring effective communication across Bosch.
This internship is ideal for 4th-year students who are passionate about B2B marketing, branding, and digital communication in the IT & Engineering space. You will gain hands-on experience in content creation, event planning, market research, and campaign execution within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities1.
Marketing & Branding:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote IT & Engineering services across Bosch GBs.
- Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters) to highlight our services and success stories.
- Help maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications.

Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
- Develop engaging content for internal communication platforms, including Intranet, Yammer, and newsletters.
- Manage and update internal marketing pages and service catalogs.
- Support social media-style campaigns for internal audiences to drive engagement with IT & Engineering services.
3.
Event Planning & Engagement:
- Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and webinars to promote IT & Engineering initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events, including invitations, registrations, and follow-ups.
4.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct research on IT & engineering trends, industry benchmarks, and Bosch’s internal market needs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders to improve service awareness and marketing strategies.
5. Stakeholder Communication
- Support internal stakeholder engagement through targeted communication strategies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership teams on marketing performance and impact.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
- Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), or other design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Yammer, or other corporate communication platforms is beneficial.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to design engaging visuals and compelling messages.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
