Your tasks

• Lead and manage the HPU & Manifold Design Department
• Define and drive engineering strategy, best practices, and standardization
• Ensure design quality, reliability, and compliance with global and internal standards
• Oversee ETO (Engineer-to-Order) project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and localization initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global engineering units
• Build and enhance team capability, technical expertise, and leadership pipeline
• Ensure documentation, audits, and process compliance with organizational requirements
• Resolve critical technical challenges and manage customer escalations effectively

Your profile

B.E. Mechanical with 15-20 years of experiece

Preferred exposure / knowledge:

• 15+ years of experience in HPU/system design and project execution
• Strong exposure to ETO project execution environments
• Proven track record in leading mechanical/hydraulic engineering teams
• Experience in industrial hydraulics, manifold design, and system integration
