
Business Operations Associate F/M
About the role
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Business Operations Associate ” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:
2.1 Order Management and Operational Execution
- Support order intake and order follow-up activities according to defined local procedures and implemented ERP system.
- Assist with day-to-day transaction processing from order creation until invoicing.
- Support order release and credit notes requests.
- Carry out assigned recurring operational tasks accurately and on time
2.2 Operational Follow-Up and Escalation
- Monitor pending, blocked, delayed, or back-order cases within the assigned scope.
- Follow up missing information or open operational actions with the relevant stakeholders.
- Escalate exceptions, deviations, or recurring issues to the Operations Manager in a timely manner.
2.3 Documentation, Filing, and Data Maintenance
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and archiving of operational records to ensure traceability.
- Update basic operational data, trackers, and follow-up files accurately.
- Ensure supporting documents are complete and available before or after execution, as applicable.
2.4 Day-to-Day Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate on routine execution matters with the relevant internal stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, or other involved functions.

Provide basic status follow-up on open actions within the assigned scope.

Refer non-routine or sensitive matters to the Operations Manager.

Ability to handle routine and repetitive tasks accurately

Good communication skills

Good command of English and French

Good command of Excel and common business tools is a plus.
