Vehicle Cross Domain Controller (XDC) Hardware Engineer_PS at Bosch

1. XDC硬件需求分析
   负责车载域控制器的硬件需求分析与系统需求分解，与系统、软件及架构团队协作，识别并定义硬件关键技术指标、性能要求及接口规范，撰写硬件需求规格说明书。

2. EEA架构设计、ASIC选型、原理图与Layout设计
   参与电子电气架构设计，完成 XDC 硬件架构设计；负责关键 ASIC（如 PMIC、Ser Des、Ethernet Switch 等）的选型与评估；独立或指导完成原理图设计与 PCB Layout 设计，确保信号完整性、电源完整性与热设计满足车规要求；合理进行微控制器/微处理器（μC/μP）资源分配。

3. 硬件集成测试、EMC测试及电子电气测试
   制订并执行硬件集成测试计划，完成 XDC 样机的功能验证与调试；主导 EMC（电磁兼容）测试，进行问题分析与整改；负责电子电气特性测试（E/E 测试），如供电瞬态、电压变化、短路/开路、绝缘电阻等，确保硬件满足标准。

4. Master’s degree in Electronics & Electrical / Mechatronics / instrumentation with HW experience

5. Good English language skills (fluent discussion of technical topics possible)

6. Basic understanding of automotive components, e.g. ECU, ZCU

7. Preferred industry: automotive electronics, consumer electronics
