Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement V&V strategy across system, integration, and component levels
• Establish scalable test automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines (nightly, weekly, regression)
• Drive innovation and efficiency in V&V through tools, processes, and new technologies
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align V&V practices and ensure high-quality delivery
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards, including ISO 26262Mentor teams and build V&V competency through structured training and guidance

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in automotive V&V, including ADAS systems
• Expertise in safety, security, and degradation testing
• Proven track record in test automation framework development
• Experience with CI/CT tools: Jenkins, Azure Cloud, GitHub
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java
• Experience with REST/FAST APIs and system integration testing
• Good work experience in defining and establishing Validation Test Strategy & Vehicle test Certifications (Preferred)ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager / Analyst / Technical)
• Hands-on experience with ISO 26262 lifecycle and compliance
• Knowledge of ASPICE is an advantage
