Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 4 to 7 years experience or B.tech with 3 years Experience.

Technical skills:

Ø Technical Knowledge about SMT process.

Ø Statistics Knowledge to handle SPI/AOI failures.

Ø Basic PCB trouble shooting.

Ø Basic SAP Knowledge.

Ø Understand of Q tools, Control Plan, Process FMEA.

Ø Planning/monitoring/reviewing timelines, follow up with CFT to implement Quality Measures

Ø Escalation Management.

Ø Read & understand Drawings/Norms/Quality Standards & data Sheets etc.

Soft Skills:

Ø Good Listener/Able to respond quickly.

Ø Good team player.

Ø Ability to coordinate with different functions, follow up and get things done.

Ø Willing to learn, ability in deploying new initiatives.
