• Supporting sales and marketing team with technical information and documentation

• Assisting in first-level review of customer warranty claims (technical and commercial aspects)

• Supporting processes related to Bosch e Xchange program products

• Translating marketing materials and product documentation

• Assisting in administration and coordination of technical trainings

• Providing support during repairs, installations, and warranty checks

• Supporting various operational and administrative sales activities

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Technical Faculty or similar field

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Good analytical skills and attention to details

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
