To execute Product development work packages and Customer sub-projects for Conventional Diesel fuel injection ensure the work packages are completed meeting Time, Quality & cost targets.

Product Engineering :

• Execute development projects & series support and ensure engineering quality as per BES_PE standards and release the with necessary verification to ensure customer satisfaction.

Project Management : Organize and Execute customer sub-projects and ensure high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in meetings with customers for technical alignments

Quality And Risk Management:

• Provide technical inputs, participate and contribute to resolving technical issues, ensuring product quality Notify possible Risks, Provide Information & Data on Development metrics report areas for improvement

Knowledge Management:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices related to Project management, sustainable product/system development and engineering

Innovation Management :

• Participate in Product innovation and continuous Process improvement, Implement innovative/creative concepts in development projects as Invention reports

Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical related field)

1-4 years experience in Product Development, Design, Product Functional Analysis & Investigation Exposure to Project management work packages

• Good Knowledge in Product development process, Engineering Drawings, Design Standards and BES process
• Knowledge on standards/norms, Geometrical Dimension & Tolerating, Design, material, reliability
• Knowledge of IC engines and connected systems, Manufacturing, quality and procurement process of auto components
• Good knowledge of measurement systems, testing and calibration equipment, and measurement procedure
• Knowledge on Data analytics and Machine learning concepts
• Ability to think out of the box
• Good communication skills
• Aptitude for in-depth technical tasks
• Good analytical reasoning ability
