About the role
Your tasks
- Space & Construction Planning: You are an active part of the Facility Management (FCM) department, specifically within the Construction & Space Planning team, contributing to the development, modernization, and decommissioning of the production facility.
- Technical Drafting & Design: You create, modify, and update comprehensive technical and execution drawings (CAD) such as production layouts, office space layouts, architectural layouts.
- Floor Space Management: You plan, organize, and optimize the layout, partitioning, and furnishing of production, technical, and office spaces in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Equipment Handling Activities: You coordinate the logistics, transport, and final positioning of production machinery and equipment (MAE), through unloading / loading, packing / unpacking, transporting and aligning it in the final position.
- Floor Space Reporting & CAFM: You prepare annual surface area reports for local and central departments to support short-, medium-, and long-term space planning, by using CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) tools.
Collaboration: You closely work with production planning and technical functions teams for technical drawing of layout change proposals

Education:
- Academic Degree: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Cadastre, or Architecture. Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in Industiral Engineering, specialized in Production Planning.
Experience and Skills:
- Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience in construction design or 1-2 years of experience in production planning.
- CAD Software: Advanced skills and hands-on experience with AutoCAD software.
- BIM Technologies: Understanding or experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software is a plus.
- Office Tools: Excellent proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Languages:
- English - Upper-Intermediate level (B2 equivalent), with good written and spoken communication skills.
