Our Sales Order Processing Department in Pavullo nel Frignano is looking for someone to join their team. The ideal candidate will act as a central link between the Sales department and Production. Their goal will be to ensure that planning reflects market needs while optimizing production efficiency and material management through advanced ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and monitor the production plan (MPS/MRP), defining work sequences to optimize setup times and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
Workflow Monitoring:
Oversee the product flow throughout the entire cycle, promptly intervening in case of bottlenecks or delays.
Sales Order Management:
Daily analysis of the order backlog to align it with production capacity and provide constant updates to Account Managers.
Material Control:
Coordinate the procurement of critical components and collaborate with the Procurement department to expedite suppliers in case of stock shortages.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop KPIs and periodic reports on production performance, inventory levels, On-Time Delivery, and productivity.
ERP Integration:
Manage the entire lifecycle of work orders within the company’s ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields focused on Supply Chain.
Hard Skills:
- Knowledge of production methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Kanban)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, data analysis)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders (Production, Procurement, Sales)
Languages:
Fluent in Italian and English:
