1. Plan and coordination of software development for airbag control unit

2. Software requirements Management (Requirement analysis, Engineering, Development and review)

3. Software project monitoring and control

4. Planning and communicate with development team

5. Delivery of a released software according to project timing schedule

6. customer interface for SW topics

职位概述

• 统筹规划并协调安全气囊控制单元的软件开发工作
• 负责软件需求管理（含需求分析、工程落地、开发实施及评审工作）
• 对软件项目进行监督与管控
• 制定开发计划并与开发团队保持高效沟通
• 按项目时间节点交付正式发布的软件产品
• 作为软件相关事宜的客户对接人

Job Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, information technology

2. Work experience in engineering, approx. 2-3 years, preferable in automotive industry; basic understanding of restraint system functions desired

3. Total system thinking, analytical mind and knowledge of time-management

4. Understanding and presentation of complex topics and relations

5. Strong motivation, Good in conflict management and systematic problem solving

6 Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international local and global engineering teams (China, Germany, Vietnam.etc)

任职要求

• 汽车工程、电气工程、信息技术等相关专业本科及以上学历
• 约 2-3 年工程相关工作经验，汽车行业从业经验优先；具备约束系统功能相关基础认知者为佳
• 具备系统思维与分析能力，熟练掌握时间管理方法
• 能够清晰理解、梳理并阐述复杂技术议题及关联逻辑
• 工作积极性高，具备优秀的冲突管理能力与系统化问题解决能力
• 沟通能力出色，可高效对接客户及国内外工程团队（中国、德国、越南等）
• 具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力
• 中英文听说读写能力俱佳
