  • Lead the group of engineers, ensuring the planning KPIs within defined timelines to meet expectations.
  • Hydraulic Power Pack design, perform Hydraulic calculation.
  • Hydraulic aggregate valve, components, pipe, and fittings selection & verification.
  • Drawings Quality Check, Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
  • Identify and address areas of improvement in product designs based on internal and external complaints, developing preventive measures or improved designs that enhance both operational and product performance.
  • Contribute and Support team in competency and process development on continuous basis.
  • Communicating with team members to ensure they are meeting deadlines, resolving issues, and following procedures.
  • Establish systematic review processes to ensure the delivery of error free designs, minimizing defects and reworks while meeting customer expectations for quality with timely delivery.
  • Maintain Project documents as per ISO requirements.

B.E/B.TECH Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering* *with 12 - 15 years of experience

Preferred skills / knowledge / exposure:

  • 12 to 15 years of experience working on hydraulic power pack design.
  • Good knowledge on Design standards & engineering materials.
  • Modelling and detailing.
  • Knowledge of design standards.
  • Preparation & release of BOM and Engineering change management.
  • Basic project management knowledge & team Handling experience.
  • Hand on experience in working with Autocad / BricsCAD / SAP and Creo or Equivalent.
