• You will be providing administrative support to projects under the direction of project management professionals in an international environment;
• You will monitor and actively align between different stakeholders of sample order management;
• You will be assuring the necessary transparency by monitoring and regular reporting of budget situation in projects and development account;
• You are going to update and structure the project data and assure the proper transfer of all necessary documents and information between Project Manager and Acquisition Manager;
• You will be organizing regular project meetings and supporting the Project Manager in daily tasks;
• You are going to align the project information and documents with all stakeholders;
• You are going to support in topics regarding Change Management.

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields;
• You have at least 2 years of experience;
• You can work with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
• You have previous experience in working with Project Management Tools (MCR, SuperOPL, etc.).
