Vehicle Calibration Engineer/整车标定工程师_ITK

工作职责：

1. 负责内燃机及混合动力总成车辆的整车标定工作，包括车辆基础标定、驾驶性标定、GPF（汽油颗粒捕集器）标定等。

2. 主导并支持火花点火发动机（主要为汽油机）在测试台架上的标定，涵盖发动机基础标定、燃烧与爆震标定。

3. 负责并支持发动机及整车的排放标定与认证支持工作。

4. 负责车载诊断（OBD）系统的标定、验证及相关文档编制。

5. 从技术角度参与项目管理，确保标定任务按时高质量交付。

6. 针对整车及发动机出现的标定相关故障进行诊断与排查。

7. 进行现场项目协调，支持客户技术活动，并提供现场标定解决方案。

8. 为项目获取提供技术方案与专家支持。

9. 能够适应频繁的国内及国际出差要求。

Responsibilities:

1. Perform vehicle calibration for internal combustion engine (ICE) and hybrid powertrains, including vehicle base calibration, drivability calibration, GPF calibration, etc.

2. Lead and support spark ignition (SI, mainly gasoline) engine calibration on test benches, encompassing engine base calibration, combustion, and knock calibration.

3. Conduct and support emission calibration for SI engines and vehicles, including certification support.

4. Be responsible for On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) calibration, validation, and documentation.

5. Support project management from a technical perspective to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of calibration tasks.

6. Perform troubleshooting for calibration-related issues on both vehicle and engine levels.

7. Coordinate on-site project activities, support customer engagements, and provide on-site calibration solutions.

8. Support project acquisition by providing technical proposals and expertise.

9. Be capable of frequent domestic and international business travel.

任职要求：

1. 5年以上汽油发动机及整车标定经验。具备博世（RB）或联合汽车电子（UAES）发动机管理系统（EMS）标定经验者优先，同时拥有汽油与柴油发动机标定经验者更佳。

2. 具备优秀的动力总成系统知识，熟悉发动机、变速箱及混动系统工作原理。具有EMS电控部件背景知识者优先。

3. 车辆工程、机械工程、机电一体化、控制工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

4. 持有C级或以上驾驶证，并具备良好的实际驾驶能力。

5. 具备优秀的英语书面及口语沟通能力，能够进行技术交流和撰写英文报告。

6. 出色的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及解决问题的能力。

Competence & Requirements:

1. More than 5 years of hands-on experience in gasoline ICE and vehicle calibration. Experience with Bosch (RB) or UAES EMS solutions is highly preferred. Experience with both gasoline and diesel engine calibration is a plus.

2. Strong overview of powertrain systems. Background knowledge of EMS components is preferred.

3. Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a comparable field.

4. Possession of a valid Class C or above driver's license with proven driving experience.

5. Excellent command of written and spoken English for technical communication and reporting.

6. Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving ability.
