• Maintain QM-system documents, implement RB QM-handbook, CDQs in RBCE, and maintain update of RBCE QM-handbook, procedures.

• Coordinate QM-Coordinators to maintain system documents, implement changes of procedures, organize trainings for employee, and participate in audits.

• Do training for internal employees of QM-system.

• Organize management review, internal audit and external audit, follow up corrective actions.

• Manage customer requirement QM-related.

• Process management and improvement.

• Others delegated by supervisor.

• Conduct internal system audit after qualification program passed.

-Bachelor or above

-3-Years in automotive industry; Familiar with Machinery, electronic, automotive engineering or industrial, quality engineering, QMS.

-Have working experience in Bosch, and familiar with Bosch process compass

• Familiar with ISO/TS16949, and AIAG 5 Tools -Knowledge of PEP, BPS and RB QM-System;

-Knowledge and experience of auditing, QM-system, automotive OEM requirements and other international standards;

-Knowledge and experience of process management, EFQM requirements.
