• Perform production, inspection, and part checking activities in accordance with PQI standards.

• Comply with company regulations and departmental work instructions at all times.

• Verify machine condition, equipment readiness, and cleanliness prior to starting work.

• Maintain cleanliness and implement 5S practices within the assigned work area.

• Provide suggestions and participate in continuous improvement of production processes.

• Operate processes using Poka-Yoke systems to ensure defect-free quality.

• Print labels and perform accurate labeling of boxes and products.

• Conduct Kanban scanning and support Kanban leveling activities.

• Check quantities, labeling accuracy, and part numbers/models (similar to dock audit requirements).

• Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Education Background:

• Secondary School graduate or higher.

Qualifications:

• Able to understand and use basic English for work instructions.

• Able to do visual inspection, simple assembly, and basic machine changeover.

• Able to follow quality and quantity requirements of production.

• Willing to follow company rules, production procedures, and safety regulations.

• Able to keep 5S and cleanliness in the working area.

• Able to work well with team members.

• Able to follow instructions from team leader or supervisor

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
