About the role

The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting (Bosch Home Comfort Group) is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant reporting of legal entities in accordance with internal policies, IFRS standards, and local GAAP requirements. This role plays a key part in driving financial transparency, supporting management decisions, and fostering continuous improvement across the Home Comfort (HC) subgroup. He/She will ensure and coordinate timely and accurate reporting of legal entities in compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements for Trinity subgroup entities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation, review, and submission of quarterly and annual IFRS financial reports for all HC entities.

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS standards, Bosch Group accounting policies, internal reporting guidelines, and statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate IFRS reporting activities across legal entities, serving as the primary liaison for LATAM and Mexico reporting matters.

  • Manage consolidation processes, including review and approval of material journal entries and reconciliation of financial data.

  • Prepare and analyze management reporting packages, including balance sheet reviews, P&L analysis, KPI reporting, and shared service center performance assessments.

  • Support shareholder, board, and executive reporting requirements through the preparation of financial presentations and reporting materials.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned IFRS standards, providing technical accounting guidance and interpretation to finance teams across the organization.

  • Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, corporate departments, and international finance stakeholders regarding IFRS and consolidation matters.

  • Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives within consolidation and financial reporting functions.

  • Partner with finance, controlling, legal entities, shared service centers, IT teams, and auditors to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

  • Monitor changes in IFRS accounting standards and implement related policy updates across the Home Comfort subgroup.

  • Support strategic projects related to financial consolidation, IFRS reporting enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in** IFRS accounting**.

  • Proven experience with consolidation and reporting tools such as One Stream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, or S/4 Group Reporting.

  • Proficiency in SAP-FI and** Microsoft Office**, especially Excel.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Spanish a plus

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is between the range of $130,000- $145,00 individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. This range does not include annual bonus percentage nor any other monetary considerations for the total compensation package.
