Responsibilities:

• Perform basic monitoring of Oracle/Cloud Infrastructure systems and services.
• Assist in analyzing and responding to system-related alerts.
• Support ongoing tasks connected to basic IT server administration and Oracle database operations.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Show willingness to take responsibility for specific areas, focusing particularly on Oracle and Cloud technologies.

Skills Required:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Current student (2nd to 4th year) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of IT server administration and Oracle Database.
• Availability to work 30–40 hours per week.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to learning.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Interest in automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.).
• Eagerness to grow into an IT professional specializing in infrastructure and cloud technologies.
