Wiper Product Manager (IAM focus) _ MA

1. Aftermarket Product Manager responsible for wiper in Mobility Aftermarket within MA-WS/MKT-CN Marketing team (current scope: Wiper OE China and aftermarket Asia).

2. Collaboration with ENG teams mainly in Shenzhen and Changsha and cross functional peers in Asia.

3. Collaboration with IAM product owners in headquarter.

4. IAM products cataloguing and portfolio management are the top priority tasks.

5. IAM or Non-OE derived OES project management tasks assigned by TL.

6. On top of the above, generating and realizing good product UX, USP, packaging and artwork ideas will be the additional expectation.

Qualifications:

1. Workable language and excellent communication skills required

2. Data proceeding and project management skills preferred

3. Result-orientated, self-driven, can work with high pressure

4. Market knowledge or previous working experience with: Greater China, EA and India as a plus.

5. DIY and DIFM product development experience is a plus.
