We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist (Smart Sensing & Prediction) to drive innovation at the intersection of advanced sensing, AI and system integration. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct applied research and development on sensing, prediction, and intelligent monitoring solutions.

• Develop signal processing, modeling, and algorithmic solutions for environment- and sensor-related applications.

• Support projects related to environmental risk assessment, condition monitoring, and classification tasks in indoor scenarios.

• Explore the use of multi-source sensing information, including environmental and wireless signals, to improve system performance and robustness.

• Contribute to the development of prediction and classification functions for practical sensing applications, including tasks such as risk detection and presence/empty recognition.

• Prototype and evaluate sensing solutions in relevant application scenarios.

• Design and implement embedded solutions for data acquisition, processing, and deployment of algorithmic functions.

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Signal Processing, Automation, Wireless Communications, or related fields.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: sensing systems, algorithm development, signal processing, predictive modeling, embedded development, or intelligent connected systems.

• Familiarity with sensor-based data analysis and model development.
