Foreign Trade Internship

• Managing and following up on cases for various factories/divisions (GBs) and countries within the EMEA region

• Communicating with factories/divisions (GBs) and Sales departments to ensure the execution of lawful foreign trade (FT) export operations

• Preparing files and monitoring automated tasks for the follow-up service

• Organizing the group mailbox and managing ESM (Enterprise Service Management) tickets

• Final-year student or university graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field

• Strong communication skills, motivation, proactivity, and reliability

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong service ethics

• Friendly, flexible personality with telephone communication experience

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good command of English
